They will be held in Barcelona, Seville, Valencia, and Palma de Mallorca, whilst in Madrid a second weekend will be added to cover heightened demand from the public.

The positive reception for ARCO GalleryWalks by the public has led Fundación ARCO to expand the guided tours and include new cities in the activity. The tours will thus now be held in Barcelona, Seville, Valencia, and Palma de Mallorca, whilst in Madrid a second weekend will be added to cover heightened demand from the public.

Then, on 20 and 21 September, the guided tours will be repeated through the neighbourhoods of Alonso Martínez, Centro, Chueca, Embajadores, Dr. Fourquet, Huertas and Salamanca.

PALMA DE MALLORCA
ARCO GalleryWalk will début in Palma de Mallorca on 20 and 21 September and, in collaboration with La Nit de l´Art, will bring the public closer to the art galleries’ content.

SEVILLE
Seville will likewise be one of this year’s new developments. Guided tours will be organised there on 27 and 28 September, also coinciding with Open Gallery, the opening of the city’s galleries.

BARCELONA
Fundación ARCO will once again participate in the fifth Barcelona Gallery Weekend, which is being organised by Art Barcelona on 11 and 12 October. ARCO GalleryWalk will offer a variety of guided tour itineraries around the city’s galleries to share with the public at the start of the exhibition season.

With ARCO GalleryWalk, Fundación ARCO is doing its part to get people interested in contemporary art to stop by and discover first-hand how galleries work with artists, how an exhibition is presented in each space, and, at the same time, to get closer to contemporary creation.
